We take great pains to provide as much detail as we can about each property, down to the size of the rooms in the form of a property plan. We'll respond to your emails or telephone queries within 24 hours - and please - feel free to contact us, as we recognise that buying a property overseas, especially over the web, can be a bit daunting, if not downright frustrating. Our team includes English and Croatian speakers, which means that we can liaise on your behalf with the seller’s agent in Croatia quickly and efficiently. That means less hassle for you, and in a lot of cases also means a more accurate and impartial response that protects your interests.

Found a property on our site that you're interested in? Well, if you're based in the UK, and subject to availability, we can organise a property inspection trip for you, so you can have a look first-hand. Typically this will involve a 3 day trip to Croatia, during which we can personally show you around a number of villas and properties that might suit your needs. We'll also include a guided tour of the local area so you can get a better feel for the location, as well as take you through the process required that a non-Croatian citizen has to go through to buy property in Croatia. Don't worry - if you're not from the UK, then we can still arrange the inspection trip for you, but you may have to arrange your own travel and accommodation.

We've been through the hoops of buying a property abroad in Croatia, and our experience taught us that Croatia is no different from most other countries when it comes to buying a property and dealing with estate agents.
